Rileigh Jutras
- Hi there! I'm Rileigh. My journey into movement and
wellness began early, with half of my childhood spent
upside down, exploring the world of acro dance,
gymnastics, and cheerleading. In college, I took my
passion to new heights as a performer in the Florida
State Flying High Circus. Through years of training and
dedication, I earned my 500-hour yoga certification and
became a certified teacher. This extensive background
not only shaped my understanding of the body but also
deepened my appreciation for the mind and spirit
connection. In my teaching approach, I strive to go
beyond just physical skills. My goal is to instill proper
technique, form, and strength in each student,
considering their unique body and abilities. I believe in
looking at the whole picture, identifying which muscles
need activation for each trick, and guiding students
through mental blocks and confidence issues that may
arise. Ultimately, my heart lies in empowering each
student with the resources and tools they need to
reach their goals. Whether it's mastering a new move
or overcoming a challenge, I'm committed to
supporting their journey to success, both inside and
outside the studio.

my time at Dianne’s I was able to assist

take classes from choreographers around the
world. I attended the University of South

a focus in pediatrics and those with
disabilities. I was a part of the dance
